TORONTO, NOVEMBER 5, 2008 – With Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear poised to seize 141 online gambling domains in response to his state losing horse-racing and other local Kentucky revenue to off-shore online gambling sites, Canada’s Lotto IP is tracking the developments of the case with keen interest.
